WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Processing and shipping typically takes *3-7 days depending on where your Gift Box is going within Canada. We ship through Canada Post. If you require your package sooner please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to help you. There may be an additional fee for rush shipping.
*We all know holiday orders can be a bit tricky, that in mind we suggest you give plenty of time for your Gift Box(s) to arrive by placing your holiday order early during the busy holiday season.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE US & INTERNATIONALLY?
If you would like a Gift Box sent anywhere outside of Canada please contact us email@example.com prior to ordering and we will be happy to give you a custom shipping quote.
WILL YOU SHIP DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT?
Yes! That's the plan! Let us make gift giving as easy as possible for you. We will ship directly to the recipient. And of course you can have the shipment sent to yourself in order to present the Gift Box in person. That's fun too!
CAN I ADD A PERSONAL NOTE?
Yes! Each Gift Box comes with a handwritten personal note to the recipient on a beautiful hand-embellished greeting card from the "Greetings from the King" card company. Simply fill in the box provided with your personal message during check-out and we'll take care of the rest!
WILL YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
Yes, you can send gifts to as many lucky recipients as you would like! However, you will need to create a separate purchase for each recipient in order to have a Ship To address and personal note for each Gift Box. Alternatively, you can purchase and check out once with more than one box then contact us firstname.lastname@example.org to give us the separate addresses and personal note information. Also, you can contact us and we will be happy to process your multiple order for you!
CAN I RETURN A GIFT BOX?
At ICE ART we put a great deal of thought, work and love into each box to make certain it is a beautiful experience both for you and for the recipient. Because of this amount of time and care all sales are final, we do not accept returns. However, if you have received a damaged box due to shipping, or if any product is damaged please contact us and we will make it right.
